From farm to table
I believe that labor is the foundation of creation. The strength of Silivryak lies in being created and continuing to be created with much labor and love. Every small part of its essence is crafted with care. In our own garden at 1350 meters above sea level, growing under the open sky of the Rhodopes, all 20 plant species struggle valiantly against rainy and cold weather to reach your plate.
Even before Silivryak became a reality - I dreamed that before I start cooking - I would have the freedom to wander through forgotten corners of this mountain and absorb their spirit. People would tell me stories, and I would later retell these stories in my own words - through the food I would prepare, with great respect for the original source. And so it happened.
